Some of you may remember when we used to do a weekly promotion here at Cosmic Comix called the WHIZ BANG. A totally different sale every single week! I’m honestly not sure how we kept it up but guess what… IT’S BACK!
For 12 straight weeks, basically the duration of the fall — from WEDNESDAY, SEP. 13 - TUESDAY, DEC. 5 — we will offer a new and exciting offer every single week!

The entire section of $4.99 back issues — comprised of comics that are just a liiiittle better than the rest — is on sale! It includes Marvel, DC, and everything else!
Oct. 18 : 25% OFF ALL MINI-SERIES & COLLECTIONS!
We've filled the entire table by the front window with mini-series sets and collections of all shapes and sizes, so that'll give you a good start when you walk in. But there are still collections located in the back issue sections all over the store! And they are ALL 25% OFF!!
Oct. 25 : $5 PREMIUM VARIANT COVERS!
In case you’re new to this, variant covers are alternate cover designs for a particular comic book issue. Some variants are only produced in limited quantities as “retailer incentives.” And we’ve got hundreds of them for just $5.00 each!

Not just the DC Comics section you see in this photograph, I'm talking everything: Marvel, Image, Dark Horse, Dynamite, the Kids and Pop Culture sections, and whatever else, too! If it's a back issue that's normally $3.00... it's ONLY $1.00 this week!
Nov. 8 : TAKE YOUR PICK FROM OUR $2.00 TABLES!
This week we're clearing the docket, so to speak, and so we gathered up items from all over the store and decided to make whatever we wanted to clear out $2 and $2 only. Near the back counter is the reading material. Variants... prestige format comics... trades... and much, much more Up front, the ViniMates are the star of the action figure show and an amazing deal at two bucks, as are the Starting Lineups. We also threw in some other odds and ends, too. No matter what you find... it's ONLY $2.00!
Nov. 15 : COSMIC PICK ‘EM!!
This week we are giving you the chance to catch up on any one of the previous Whiz Bangs you may have missed! So… CHOOSE ONE WHIZ BANG from the above list to take advantage of this week. Our collection of trade paperbacks is the stuff of legends. If you listen carefully, you hear people whispering about it all over Linthicum. I know the picture only shows Marvel Comics trade paperbacks but the 25% OFF applies to ALL TRADE PAPERBACKS!! This includes all DC Comics (Superman & Batman, etc.)... all Image Comics (Walking Dead, Saga, etc.)... Dark Horse Comics (Barb Wire)... and literally all the rest.
