FCBD 2020 IS NOW…
FREE COMIC BOOK SUMMER 2020!
Since its inception 19 years ago (!), Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) has been a single day when comic book stores around the world give away specially designed comic books ABSOLUTELY FREE to anyone who comes into their shops.
Unfortunately, the impact and spread of COVID-19 prevented the event from being celebrated at its normal time this year.
But there is good news! FCBD has been rescheduled to take place throughout July and August, effectively making it FREE COMIC BOOK SUMMER!!
It’s gonna be totally different from what we normally do (which is a huge party), but we’re still gonna make it FUN, FUN, FUN!!
HOW IT WORKS
It all kicks off on Wednesday, July 15, when we will have TWO FCBD COMICS to give away absolutely FREE!
After that, there will be two free comics available EVERY WEEK OF SUMMER through September 2!
COLLECT FCBD COMICS AND EARN REWARDS!
If the promise of two free comics every single week for the whole summer doesn’t do it for you, how about earning COSMIC COMIX REWARDS??
We will be offering 100 POINTS in Cosmic Comix Rewards for every FCBD comic you collect! And if you’re able to get every single FCBD comic from every week of the summer… you’ll receive a Rewards Bonus of 500 POINTS!!

The Cosmic Comix Passport is the essential document you need to navigate your way through Free Comic Book Summer. It’s where you’ll keep track of all the FCBD comics you collect! Every time you get a new comic, we’ll stamp your passport.
The Passport is IN-STORE ONLY! Just be sure to ask us for your very own Passport when you come by the store. 😃

Free Comic Book Summer concludes this Wednesday, Sep. 2, and we will have our final TWO FCBD COMICS to give away absolutely FREE! We're finishing up the summer with a free comic about industry legend Jack "King" Kirby along with an FCBD edition of... Naruto! East meets west to create a perfect yin and yang for us finish out the first ever Free Comic Book Summer!
Additionally, these being the final FCBD comics of the summer, now's the time to bring in your FCBD PASSPORT for redemption! The deadline to redeem your passport for the Cosmic Comix Rewards is WEDNESDAY, SEP. 30... but if you've been coming in every week to get your stamps that should be no problem!
