Our goal at Bmore into Comics is to get more people interested in and chatting about comics while supporting fine local establishments around Baltimore.
Started in 2013 by Monica Gallagher, what began with six creators wedged inside popular Fells Point haunt Bad Decisions on a hot August afternoon, soon spread to subsequent shows in Hampden, Station North, and an art exhibit at Golden West.
As comic book conventions grow larger and more intimidating (and more difficult for people to attend), we wanted to bring back a more local, inclusionary feel to the comics scene. Our events are free and open to the public and feature creators selling their work, panel discussions on process, and a lending library of rotating comics.
